On page http://framework.zend.com/wiki/display/ZFDEV/Home section "Issue Tracking" chose "Open Issues by Component". See for example the Zend_Db component. Currently there are 10 open issues. But if you click the link above labled Site: http://framework.zend.com/issues/browse/ZF you will see 34 open issues. It is confusing. It seems to be a filter in the table values, but there is no explanation like "Issues opened last week" or something.
