Description

Unit tests for {{Zend_Service_Simpy}} should be refactored so that they do not contain account information, which should instead be entered as the values of constants in {{TestConfiguration.php}} by the entity running the test.

Resolved as duplicate of ZF-3075 so that it is no longer a sub-task of ZF-2595.
