    Description

    Zend_Pdf currently lacks support for creating or modifying PDF bookmarks (destinations and document outline). Need to add this. Refer to PDF 1.6 Reference, Section 8.2.

    This doesn't appear to have been fixed in 1.5.0. Please update if this is not correct.

    Bulk change of all issues last updated before 1st January 2010 as "Won't Fix".

    Feel free to re-open and provide a patch if you want to fix this issue.
