There is unit tests error with the following diagnostic:

{panel} 3) testPKIDecryptBadKey(Zend_InfoCard_CipherTest) Zend_InfoCard_Cipher_Exception: Use of this PKI RSA Adapter requires the openssl extension loaded (panel)
