There is unit tests failure with the following diagnostic:

{panel} 1) testAllowedAttributeValueMayEndWithEquals(Zend_Filter_StripTagsTest) Failed asserting that two strings are equal. expected string <contents> difference < xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx???????????????> got string <contents> {panel}
