Finish the implementation of Zend_File_Transfer_Adapter_Http for being able to receive (download) files from server to user.

i updated to the last svn version but send() method seems tho be not implemented right now?

hm, is there any new status? this issue is resolved but the send() method is not implemented in 1.7.1...

Method is still not implemented in v1.8.1....
