The following files are referenced in incubator/library/Zend_Tool but are nowhere to be found:

  • Zend/Tool/Framework/Manifest/Exception.php (require_once'd in Zend/Tool/Framework/Manifest/Registry.php),
  • Zend/Tool/Framework/Provider/Exception.php (require_once'd in Zend/Tool/Framework/Provider/Registry.php),
  • Zend/Tool/Project/Resource.php (require_once'd in Zend/Tool/Project/Provider/Controller.php)

This has been addressed with the most recent version of Zend_Tool in 1.8
