ZF-6854: Switch to make invisible Elements visible for Breadcrumb
Description
Would be very nice to hide elements with visible false for the Navigation View Helper_Menu but to allow it as visible (i.e. as Active page) for the Breadcrumb Helper. I would suggest an boolean switch within the Breadcrumb Helper to actived/deactived rendering of visible false elements.

Resolved in revision 15838. Manual updated in revision 15839. Synced to release-1.8 branch in revision 15840.
