[#ZF-7152] add documentation of new 'charset' option upon db adpater instanciation - Zend Framework Issue Tracker

Hi,

with ZF 1.8.0, it looks like a great new option has been implemented upon db adapter instanciation : 'charset' (see http://framework.zend.com/issues/browse/ZF-1541).

It would be really great to add it into online doc next to already documented connection param options.
I had a hard time finding it out on my own.
