Description

The Phpdoc method declarations are around the wrong way in Zend_Cache.

Zend_Cache::_makeFrontend has the phpdoc description of 'Backend Constructor' whereas Zend_Cache::_makeBackend has the phpdoc description of 'Frontend Constructor'.

Solution: reverse them!
