Description

When I use Zend_Http_Client with .it uri I get this warning:

Error of type E_WARNING fopen(Zend/Validate/Hostname/It.php) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory

The issue is not present anymore. Tested with ZF 1.11.9.
