Oauth(2)

Currently, Zend\OAuth is un-maintained, and some development needs to be completed for OAuth2. Essentially, we require a decision about this RFC which discusses how and where OAuth components should live:

Annotations: Doctrine Common / Own Implementation

Currently, Zend Framework 2 ships with its own Annotations syntax for DocBlock. There is a suggestion for importing Doctrine Common annotations instead

Documentation RFC

Rob, Gary, Matthew, and Enrico collaborated this week and came up with <ac:link><ri:page ri:content-title="RFC - Documentation" /></ac:link>. We'd like to have a brief discussion and potential vote on it.

I've already decided to use the Doctrine annotation parser/lexer, which means adding a dependency on Doctrine\Common. The only question right now is how exactly we'll implement, and I've got two options:

Use Doctrine's AnnotationReader. Unfortunately, it's marked final, which means we can't extend it to add capabilities for handling annotation types that their parser/lexer cannot handle.

Create our own annotation reader/manager/whatever that uses the doctrine parser/lexer as the default.

I'll likely go with option 2, as this ties in better with our reflection and scanner components anyways.
