<h2>When and where?</h2>

<p>ZF2 meetings happen every Wednesday at 20:00 UTC (NOTE: new time as of 2012-04-18) on Freenode IRC in the #zf2-meeting channel.</p>

<h2>Agendas</h2>

<p>Agendas are created in this space. Anybody with rights to edit the wiki may add items to the agenda. Any item created should:</p>

<ul>
<li>use a heading level of <strong>h2</strong></li>
<li>include the "vote" macro, setting the "visibleVoters" option to true</li>
</ul>

<p>Note that the "visibleVoters" option is on a following line; this is so the macro knows it is not part of the title. Also, make sure that you provide a substitution for "<agenda item>"; each vote on a page needs to have a different title in order to work correctly.</p>

<p>24 hours prior to the meeting, we will lock voting, and choose the top four voted agenda items for the meeting.</p>

<h3>Logs</h3>

<p>Following a meeting, a transcript will be placed in the wiki. This transcript will summarize decisions made, as well as provide a full log of conversations.</p>
