To submit code, patches, and proposals to Zend Framework, contributors must agree to the [New BSD License|http://framework.zend.com/license] and also submit a signed [Contributor License Agreement (CLA)|http://framework.zend.com/framework_cla_1.0.pdf]. A company may opt to submit a [Corporate CLA|http://framework.zend.com/framework_cla_corporate_1.0.pdf] if one or more of their employees will be contributing to Zend Framework as part of their job responsibilities with work for the company.
We welcome reports of issues or feature requests in our [issue tracker|http://framework.zend.com/issues], and we welcome participation and questions on the [mailing lists|http://framework.zend.com/wiki/display/ZFDEV/Contributing+to+Zend+Framework#ContributingtoZendFramework-Subscribetotheappropriatemailinglists]. You can also publish articles and code on [DevZone|http://devzone.zend.com] or on your own blog or website, but anything that constitutes intellectual property cannot be included in Zend Framework unless it is contributed under the terms of the CLA.
