h2. i18n layer RFC

Currently [~dasprid] is working on the RFC for the new i18n layer. By the time the next meeting's up, there should be enough feedback and an updated RFC we could discuss. The following topics are important to start working on a prototype:

i18n layer RFC

* Is there any functionallity in ZF which is not covered by PHPs i18n tools and required by the majority?
* Is the RFC missing any key points?
* Do you like to see any specific new features in the i18n layer?
* Shall the i18n layer be targeted for beta 4?

h2. Zend\Form RFC

Last week it was proposed we'd discuss Zend\Form, but due to the fact that the RFC wasn't rounded up yet, we had to cancel the topic. Matthew Weier O'Phinney (weierophinney) is outlining the RFC for Zend\Form, so I'd like to think that it'll be ready to discuss by the time the next meeting's up. I personally think this is a rather important topic as it's probably one of the most important components of the Zend Framework. I'd like to discuss:

Zend\Form RFC

* What the exact relationships between classes will be
* How validators can be used and manipulated
* What would be the best way to inject values for all elements
* How this will be extendable for other uses (such as Async form validation, validation hinting to the parent form from custom elements etc)

h2. Beta3 Readiness

Beta3 Readiness

We're approaching the release date for beta3. At this time, we've dropped the Log and Console components from this beta, but have the other principal items complete: the View Layer, DB abstraction layer, and refactoring of Zend\Config. There are a few outstanding items, including documentation, that need completion. The big question is: is there anything major outstanding for this beta, and/or can the outstanding items be complete in time for a release next week?
