ZF-11387: add require_once everywhere or remove require_once everywhere, but be logical when using Autoloader

Description

In Zend/Application.php you have: {quote} require_once 'Zend/Loader/Autoloader.php'; $this->_autoloader = Zend_Loader_Autoloader::getInstance(); {quote} If you comment those two lines, the only missing "require_once" will be for Zend_Config_Ini (line 384) and the likes, and for Zend_Application_Exception.

So we assume we are using Autoloader, why we find "require_once" for everything in all the files of the Zend/Application/Resource folder?

So, be logical: * either make Autoloader optional by adding "require_once" for every "new" invocation everywhere. * either make Autoloader a must-use and remove all the "require_once" from dozens of files in the Zend/Application folder.
