On line 101 of Zend_Db_Statement_Db2 $position is used instead of $parameter. $position is not defined and causes the $parameter to never be passed to the db2_bind_param function.

I did not issue a ZF2 PR, as arrival of [~ralph]'s refactored Zend\Db is imminent, and no equivalent to this class exists there.
