I'm getting following while indexing the keywords for search:

Can you modify your code to catch the exception and provide the exception message? The lack of line numbers in that stack trace doesn't help, but it looks like it's coming from the constructor of Zend_Search_Lucene_Storage_File_Filesystem. All exceptions thrown there are related to being unable to open the file provided as the first argument of the constructor, so I would check your configuration to ensure you're pointing the storage component to a directory which is writeable by the webserver user
