Description

The error messages INI_SIZE: File '%value%' exceeds the defined ini size FORM_SIZE: File '%value%' exceeds the defined form size doesn't tells the value of size. The message is useless for the user uploading a file.

Expected Messages: INI_SIZE: File '%value%' exceeds the defined ini size of %iniSize% : File 'foo.bar' exceeds the defined ini size of 1 Mb FORM_SIZE: File '%value%' exceeds the defined form size of %formSize% : File 'foo.bar' exceeds the defined form size of 512 Kb -> It would be the best if the size gets displayed as a "normalized" value but if it will be displayed as real bytes only it's ok, too.
