Should throw an exception, instead of reporting something like; Warning: Variable passed to each() is not an array or object in /var/www/Exactamundo/library/Zend/ZendFramework-1.5.1/library/Zend/Cache/Frontend/Page.php on line 108

All frontend and backend class constructors should type their params as array.
