I think there might be an error in the documentation for Zend_Locale on the following page:

[http://framework.zend.com/manual/en/…]

In the example titled Example 23.1. Choosing a specific locale:

require_once 'Zend_Locale';

should read

require_once 'Zend/Locale.php';
