Once Zend_Http_Client supports proxy servers, and Zend_Service_Abstract and Zend_Service_Rest employ this feature, refactor the other service clients to allow users to specify options that will make the client connect via a proxy server.

Zend_Service_Abstract has a setHttpClient() method which allows you to pass in an instance of Zend_Http_Client_Adapter_Proxy.
